Mindful Movement.

It’s said ‘movement is medicine’ and we wholeheartedly agree! Drawing on breath work and yoga asana our unique mindful flow energises tired bodies, calms the nervous system, releases tension and aids better posture.

A study by University of Bristol researchers found that employees who exercised before or during work hours were more focused and better equipped to handle whatever challenges they had to face that day.

What do the sessions entail?

Can’t touch your toes or stand on your head? No problem, each session is designed to be open to all abilities as we believe yoga is for everyone not just bendy Wendys! The classes are creative, fun and draw on cutting edge anatomy in movement.

Sessions range from 30 mins to 1 hour. They can be delivered as weekly sessions, a workshop or as part of a wellbeing day. Why not start your next away day or conference with some mindful movement?
